Jeffrey W. Bader has been practicing personal injury law exclusively for over 30 years. Trained as a trial attorney with many successful verdicts to his credit Mr. Bader has in his vast experience handled just about every aspect of personal injury law.
Due to the great success and growth of Bader Yakaitis & Nonnenmacher, Mr. Bader now devotes his time exclusively to managing the firm’s day to day activities and personally oversees the handling of all of the firm’s cases.

Mr. Bader has been a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association for a quarter century and has negotiated settlements for his clients in excess of 100 million dollars.
Mr. Bader has an undergraduate degree in accounting and is a 1979 graduate of Brooklyn Law School.
Negotiated a $1,200,000 settlement for our client who suffered a hand injury when a parking garage attendant allowed him to ride in an elevator designed for cars and closed the door on his hand.
Obtained a $950,000 settlement for a delivery girl who suffered scars to her face at the jaws of a German Shepherd.
